The Self Chakra also known as The Solar Plexus Chakra is the third Chakra of attainment and discovery of Self Identity.  It’s energies are a expression of our ego and can readily be understood through our desires and wants.  Self Identity is gaining awareness of the balance of Self as a spirit and physically, when we change its only to get to who we really are as a being.

The Solar Plexus Chakra can be represented by the color yellow. Or a flaming yellow-orange as it is one above the second Chakra.

The Self Chakra energies are responsive to balance and imbalance.   As we move through life experiences, a strong sense of Self concept is established.   The creativity begun with the Root Chakra and developed with the Adrenal Chakra has moved the thinker to collect experiences which form the awareness of what we possess.  Work needs to be balanced with recreation, relationships need to be a process of giving and receiving, daydreams need to be balanced with night dreams, and perhaps most importantly our outer Self ad inner Self need to become known so both can operate in a balanced manner.

Consult a physician if you are going to try this and be careful not to do more than you think or act like superman. This is what works for me and I enjoy being lighter, stronger and powerful.
